About the Guesthouse
Our biggest longing is to be in connection. Connection to ourselves, to others and to natural life. I work with the belief that everything in life is a relationship and that the deepest healing and energetic expansion can happen within close relationships.

I believe that effective relationship work is not possible without personal work or a committed spiritual practice. I know that introspective, personal work is a journey and I’m there for my clients – often for several years. Together we investigate at deeper and deeper levels, ultimately taming (and smartening) the dominating ego and surrendering to the flow of life’s energy and truth.
Creating and honing your own personal guide, or map, provides a way for you to fully explore what is happening in your life and informs the decisions you make to create a newly enlivened way forward, to reveal a deeper experience that is possible in your next chapters. Why this map? When we’re struggling and in pain, we forget, we get small, we lose touch with ourselves and our wisdom. Our integral map helps us find our way again.
Steps may include pausing and reconsidering, a reorientation and reset, or starting again. By working together, we develop an integrated approach to enhancing the relationships in your life with others, with yourself, and with the earth.Nothing perfect, personal, or permanent.
My clients appreciate my presence, insights, my ability to be grounded, and the balance I have for following and supporting them at their growing edge. I bring a mix of very practical tools, including the critical understanding of basic emotional intelligence.
Of course, any work we do together is yours and will be tailored to how you’re being called forth.

This being human is a guest house
Every morning a new arrival
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
Some momentary awareness comes
As an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still, treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out
for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
and invite them in.
Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond.
